This may sound bizarre but the Human Brain Museum in Bangalore, India is quirky in the sense that it contains more than 600 specimens of actual human brain. The museum is located at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences.
The purpose behind setting up the museum was to show people how the human brain works. It is really weird to see different specimens of brain lined up one after another for the curious viewers. However it is a wonderful opportunity to learn about human brain. So next time you are in Bangalore, don’t forget to visit the Human Brain Museum!
