From Clingmans Dome

At the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on the border of Tennessee and North Carolina is Clingmans Dome.  This 6,643 foot peak is the highest point in the National Park. From the top you are above the treeline and can see far off States. In the distance in the valley you can see what looks like the top sides of white clouds, but I was told it was really “inversion”.
