A small street in the center of Sofia… A paved street with stairs, no longer than 50 m.
There is a bad glory in the fact that it starts with dungeons built during the Communist regime in Bulgaria /1944-1989/.
In these dungeons thousands of Bulgarians who are considered enemies of the regime are questioned.
15 years ago I entered into these dungeons with a friend of mine – a journalist who was doing a report about those dark times.
Really a dark place …
