If you’re ever in Nassau, be sure to check out the Ardastra Gardens, Zoo & Conservation Center. While the facility is not huge, the flora and fauna throughout the Zoo is beautiful. About a 20-30 minute walk from the where our cruise ship was docked, the Zoo provided an educational escape from 24/7 Disney on the ship.
This is another old post that I’ve been working on editing. While it took me a while to find the pictures associated with our visit, I finally tracked them down. Given the terrible hurricanes that hit the area in recent years, I’m not even sure whether or not the Ardastra Gardens still exists. I hope it survived. It was a lovely little zoo. Here are some pictures from our visit in 2017.
