On a chilly Autumn Day in the Adirondacks we took the narrow trail up to overlook on the mountain next to Fourth Lake. Here it was overcast but you could see the whole North end of Fourth Lake near Eagle Bay. At the top of the trail, you were rewarded with an overlook that had a giant granite rock base. Below on the lake you could see canoes and powerboats enjoying the water and exploring the small islands there.
