When driving through Kentucky we saw there was a National Historic Site for Lincoln’s Birthplace. This was a free and remarkable place to stop and it starts with going down a beautiful boardwalk trail through the woods. This was the famous Sinking Spring Farm that his parents bought in Kentucky.
