A few frames from Sinaia.
The city got its name from the monastery of Sinai, around which it was formed.
One of the emblematic buildings is the Sinaia casino – opened in 1912 by a model of its legendary fellow in Monte Carlo.
To be accepted guests of the casino is built Palace Hotel.
Both buildings are located in the center of the city, in “Dimitrie Ghica” park.
After the seizure of power by the communists in the 40s of the 20th century stopped gambling and casino is now an international conference center.
Even today in his hall held symphonic concerts.

This city has very nice architecture and most of the buildings were built in the early 20th century!
Never been to Sinaia… There are many amazing places in Romania that I want to visit. One of them is the medieval city of Sighisoara ?.
The Balkans is incredible! There is everything – nature, history, culture …
