Hello! This is a paraglider in Muriwai Beach. He took off from a cliff in Maori Bay, which is part of Muriwai and flew through the air.
He shares the air space with another paraglider , gannets and terns and seagulls and other bird life here’
A brave man to begin this sport but he continues as he has and it gets easier with more experience.
Not some sport where you can afford to throw caution to the wind. Its a calculated risk.

Well, in hindsight, once you got used to the paraglider you may have a lot of fun on it but you would need to take great care.
Not unlike going on a swing, but a bit more dangerous.
