Glove for blind people

Nikola Krstic, the graduate  of the Electrical Engineering School “Nikola Tesla”, (Belgrade, Serbia),  designed a glove that, according to the principle of a white stick, leads blind and visually impaired people. The primary “job” of the device is to help the blind and the visually impaired in the real world easier to handle and get information. The glove uses specific technologies based on the current expression of the person to interpret emotions and assess their intensity. This information is combined with the sound that the one is hearing and thus comes to a final conclusion.

Technical development has not yet been completed,  and,  even though the glove now has a greater part of the functionality, it is necessary to complete systems for identifying objects and interpreting emotions, which are the unique value of the invention. The invention is just a test. At that stage, the blind and the visually impaired will have the opportunity to test the device, and all their complaints will be respected. Once the user’s needs are learned, the glove will be further developed.
