China inaugurated the world’s longest 55 km bridge over the sea.

Beijing: China’s President Xi Jinping inaugurated 55-km long naval crossing bridge built in the southern coast city of Zhuhai. It took 9 years to complete the bridge built on the sea, and It will take China to Hong Kong and Macao, while due to this bridge, the land link between China’s 11 cities will be restored and 68 million people will be connected to each other.

In this bridge 6.7km tunnel has been also constructed, apart from the main bridge on the remaining 22.9 kms, an artificial island has also been constructed with great light management. The bridge made from the strongest and solid steel is capable of competing against the cruel waves of the ocean, and at that time thousands of vehicles can travel.
