We set the television to record the Preakness. We knew we wouldn’t be home till late. In fact, we didn’t watch it until the next morning. I decided to enjoy it and watch the whole program from begining to end. I thought the National Anthem was different. I still have not decided if I loved it or not. What do you think?
There was a segment about Bob Baffert, the trainor of the favorite horse, Justify. It was kind of fun to learn about the personal whom we have been watching for years. I learned a lot of things they didn’t know.
They also talked about the jockey that would ride the favorite. It was incredible to see how he is at his age. He is an amazing athlete.
The race itself was hard to watch.
The fog made it hard to see what was really going on.
Still the results are interesting and fun. There is a possibility that we will have a Triple Crown Winner. There will be much interest in the Belmont.
