Staying Active & Taking Naps

Friday, 10.26.18

Today has been a long day.

I woke up at 6:30 am because I needed to take out the trash for pickup. It was light outside, and I noticed a round and very bright moon. I just stood there staring at it because it looked like it was glowing in daylight. I suddenly decided to look at it with binoculars, which I keep downstairs, just in case I want to take it to a hiking meetup. The moon looked even cooler with binoculars, kind of like see it with a telescope. It look rough and chalky, like there are many craters on it. There are many shapes on it, like on a globe.

I went inside to get some work done and eat my breakfast. By 7:30 am, I noticed the moon looks like it is fading into the sky with a soft transparent color. I didn’t look at it through binoculars, this time. By 8:30 am, I stopped at the Post Office, before driving to the gym. This week is Pink Zumba Party at the gym. I wore my neon pink yoga blouse for the Fight Against Breast Cancer. The Zumba class was at 10:30 am, but I was a little early. So, I went in the sauna for a while. After 90 minutes of Zumba, I did one hour of yoga. Then, I came home to eat my lunch. I decided to take a nap. I also have a walking meetup this evening.

Long day of working out, but I need it at my age…
