Wednesday, 8.8.18
I woke up in the morning, feeling sore all over from yesterday’s gym workout. I haven’t been to the gym for a while because I was busy doing other stuff, which was obvious in Pilates class because my moves were very rusty. I even warmed up on the treadmill for 20 minutes because I wanted to try out the new treadmills. Then, I walked 4 miles at a walking meetup. So, this morning, I decided to stay home and rest my body. I will go tomorrow morning to yoga class, and next Wednesday, I will go to the evening class. I didn’t think I would be sore because I was active in walking meetups, but I guess the Pilates class worked out my whole body; I am sore all over. I should go sit in the jacuzzi this evening.
I decided to work on my script. I did a little but I felt confused. I wasn’t getting anywhere. I think I need to go over some notes I took for the story so that I can fit it into the drawings somewhere in an organized manner. I actually forgot why I drew some scenes. I need to go over notes to remind myself what goes where, and then fill in the gaps to make the whole story flow.
I might also do more research on script ideas.
It is interesting that today’s date is 8.8.18, but nothing really happened because I was home all day. So, I wasn’t aware of anything interesting.
Anyway as they say, “No pain, no gain!”. It means Pilates is effective for you.
Zumba makes me happy, I love dancing.
Pilates, is that hard to do? I am enjoying Zumba more and if I am bit lazy I do yoga. (Nothing seems to take effect on my weight though)
Pilates is similar to yoga. Zumba is too hard for me. I am not coordinated in dancing. there are zumba classes at my gym, but it looks confusing.
maybe even watch your diet…like cut out certain foods and drink a lot of water…
Yes, my metabolism is a mess, very slow. tsk!
