ESPN Reporter Dead at 34

Wednesday, December 25, 2019

At 5:34 pm, I turned on my computer, I noticed a post on desktop. An ESPN college football reporter died on this 34th birthday. He had recently gotten pneumonia. Edward Aschoff was trying to recover to prepare for his wedding in April. Last December, his girlfriend had proposed, and they were planning a wedding ceremony in New Orleans. He worked for ESPN.com, SportsCenter, SEC Network, and ESPN Radio, reporting on college sports all over America. Born in Mississippi, he went to University of Florida. His fiancée, Katy Berteau was by his side, helping him recover, but he sadly died at 34.

I am not familiar with this guy, but it is sad that he died so young, as he was preparing for his wedding with his fiancee.
