Funny, you must be psychic. I was just researching this.
When you title the post 365 photo challenge it is a tag. So if you type in this tag into your search engine, all the people that have titled their post with the 365 photo challenge appears in the tag. Now if you use that little bar on the side when posting to add your tags, John stated to use the tag 365_photos_challenge only some of the people caught that rule, but they are showing up. John has made a post clarifying this but it is in moderation still.

It doesnt seem to matter, since on Virily when you search something like just type in 365 any post with 365 shows up and so on. I think he might have meant to use that hashtag if you are sharing on other sites. Now I am confused.
