Thursday's Reflections – Rainy Day

Rain brings much needed water. We had rain in buckets today and very much needed here. From January to July our Auckland Dams are wanting more water for our summer supply.

In Auckland, already we have been told even though it has been raining today, to conserve our water.

Indeed the whole Earth is dependant on water. With global warming, less rain and rising sea levels….

On the thumbnail, the fountain of Jellicoe Park..Always a winner!

#1 Jellicoe Park Road and reflections

That was not taken today but last week.

Today there was no break from the rain all day.

#2 Today Jellicoe Pool from the Gym

This is what it has been like all day

#3 Back Yard

Our old corrugated fence has been removed and still waiting for a replacement fence.

You will notice a blue plastic pool under the lemon tree.

I put it down to collect rain for the garden yesterday because I was expecting rain.
