I found these flowers in a planter outside a Culver’s in Skokie, Illinois. My wife and I had just eaten there and I decided to grab a few photos on the way back out to the car.
All of the photos were taken using a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera with no close-up attachments or other filters.

Supertunia Flamingo Pink Petunia (2017-08-08 16-08-16a)
I used Luminar 2018 to edit. I applied the Accent-AI, Polarizing, Microstructure and Denoise filters. I used the Develop filter to make avery slight increase in the exposure and boost the highlights, shadows, whites and clarity.

Supertunia Vista Fuchsia Petunia (2017-08-08 16-08-42a)
I used Affinity Photo 1.6 to edit the image. The background was too much in focus and was a distraction so I selected it and threw it out of focus with the Gaussian blur option. I lowered the brightness and boosted the contrast and the vibrance. Lastly I used the color balance option to boost the magenta in the main subject and the green in the background.
