The smallest chameleons Brookesia micra in the world..Madagaskar
on the micro Brookesia chameleon in the genus. It was discovered in Madagascar with three species during an expedition carried out between 2003 and 2007. It currently is the smallest known chameleon size of not more than 29 mm, small enough that it can stand on top of the head matches. The length of adult Brookesia micra can grow up to 29 millimeters.
