It is very rare that I see two critters at the same time. Thus, when the opportunity presents itself, I am like a kid that have just given my favorite candy.
These wild lavender asters were once grew in my yard, which attracted so many different butterflies and also unusual moths! Here, you can see two skippers with their own aster flowers!
Oh the joy to see these two yellow swallowtail butterflies gave me a chill when I spotted them. It was once in a lifetime experience for me. They were two busy soaking up the nutrients from the rotten dried leaves.
This was one rare moment for me to see two cabbage white butterflies so close together. At times, I saw them courting, and never were able to get a shot. I am lucky that this photo turned out clear and in focus!
