Pumpkin blossom.
No, I’m not gardening π
I’m not into plant growing!
I admire people who can care for plants.
My father’s family were gardeners, but they had long since left this world…
Now I’m enjoying my mother-in-law’s skills.
Everything is arranged in the small yard!
You can easily understand what a plant is even at the time of their emergence.
Well, I also have some experience in plant recognition π
Still, I spent some of the countryside vacation with my grandparents.
And I always liked this pumpkin blossom – so big and so yellow!
I confess – I like and baked pumpkin, sprinkle with a little sugar π
This vegetable is common here and the flowers are edible too.
I prefer roasted pumpkin sprinkled with sugar. I also like the seeds – baked with salt.
Seeds I understand have great health properties.
Squash flower is edible and eaten as a vegetable.
I didn’t know it! I have to try!
I too like baked pumpkin. It is fabulous.
Waiting for them to ripen! A little more… π
