Last month I visited Sicily in the Mediterranean, and spent a day on the upper slopes of Europe’s most active volcano, Etna. It is largely covered in snow, but you can see the dark areas here where the volcanic heat melts the snow. Hot to the touch!

It’s breathtaking really! Impressive video! Never had an experience more than 950m above sea level.
