Nature Tuesday – Keeley's Reserve

I was on my return trip to Auckland from Havelock North and driving through the Waikato region. It was time for me to have a break from driving and hoping to go to a familiar place to rest I went to turn into a rest area where another car was driving fast right on my bumper. So I had to miss that and go to another rest area

Well, things worked out perfectly, as you can see here, my first time at Keeley’s reserve.

Sometimes you are meant to miss one door and see another thing…

Boats are launched here. This is Lake Karapiro which is actually part of Waikato river. The Cherry trees are blossoming as it is spring here.
