Feeling tired when you were on the beach? These two days I decided to go on a well-deserved rest. I live 50 meters from the beach. This summer I worked a lot and I did not have free time for a beach. The weather was like not very hot for me. But the water was fabulous. There were times when I stood there for an hour. When I came back tonight, I feel powerless. Is it the same with you?
Tomorrow, I’m a night shift. During the day I will visit you. For now by me Goodnight.

Of course. First, the sun takes your energy. Right after it, the same does the sea 🙂

We can be tired or bored because of many things, and indeed we have to rest to overcome them. So, rest well, and hopefully when you wake up, you feel refreshed.

Yes it is have happened to a lot of us. Get some rest and we will see you soon my friend.
Now I can not sleep. It has a full moon, the humidity is over 80%. Knee pain. All signs of the third age.
Despite the fact that I live about half a mile (1 km) from Lake Michigan and there are several nice beaches in the are, I haven’t gone to the beach in at least five years. In part this is because if I sit down in the sand, it’s going to be very difficult to get up. (Bad knees.) My wife is disabled so it would be even harder for her. We could bring chairs but that is a pain in th butt.
This with my knees is familiar. There are nights like this when the humidity is high and the pain is cruel. Captivity of old age.
I know how you feel. I hope you will be able to find more time for the beach soon. It’s so relaxing and peaceful.
And I hope September will be more relaxed for me. To go on a regular basis.
