Bronze monument in 1966 after visiting Europe raised major don Angel Rivera. On the hour there are figures of 12 prominent people from the city of Caguas. On the periphery of the hours turns to flowers of red and white poinsettia (Poinsettia).
We have those here but I do not know who copied who (lol)
