Downed Tree in Robinson Preserve Park

We are walking down the very remote South West Trail of the Robinson Preserve Park. This section is quite far (miles) from the tower section of the Park and has its own entrance and boardwarks.  Here on the trail was a fascinating tree that had blown down in a storm or hurricane sometime in the recent past.  The roots were amazing on this tree and appeared to have grown over a sphere (perhaps a sand mound).  The tree itself was still alive and growing.
