I posted this image in a recent post and asked which country is this plant from along with another plant from Australia.
Most of you thought that this plant was from Australia but the fact is that this plant is in front lawn of my Indian house that I took in winter of 2014. The other plant is from Blue Mountains in NSW, Australia.
Here is the latest image of this Pomegranate tree that I took only a couple of weeks before. Now the tree is fully grown but since it’s bending down in one side so I had to wrap it around with used cable. Here is the latest image of this tree.

Thanks for checking my post and posting your comments.
I’ve got one just a couple of feet talk yielding 6-8 fruits each season.
This one gives 150+ in summers (ripe in August September) and 20-30 in February. The only problem is that the seed is a bit hard.
I really like your pomengrate tree……..
Thank you, yes we do not have pomegranate in OZ..
We don’t have these in New Zealand either, but they do sell pomegranate fruit, don’t know how to eat it. It is full of seeds.
I love your pomegranate tree. IF only there is space in our garden I would buy a seedling of pomegranate.
Go for it, it doesn’t take much space.
