360 Day Photography Challenge – Day 33 – Onehunga Moon

The night sky is a fascinating scene. I was fortunate as a child, shared a room with a view to see spectacular sunrises and sunsets and view the night sky. The view was over the Waitemata Harbour over land and land over water and Auckland Harbour bridge over the water.

I loved the stars and often wondered what was out there. I remember when man made a giant leap for mankind by walking on the moon. This was inspirational, to think that men could get to the moon, what out space travel in the future is it possible?  What about you? Did you ask the same questions as to what was in the Skies above? The view was marvellous to see.

I don’t have the same views now but often get a glimpse of a sunset. Often see the views.

  1. Clear views of the moon are indeed awe-inspiring. When I think of the scope and scale of the universe I am reminded of God’s power displayed in His creative work. All that we know as fact in what call the natural world tells us that what He says in His Word is true. It is indeed a beautiful picture! His promise of restoration causes us to look forward to His work of renewal and I praise Him for His faithfulness to what He says!
