1. Meryl Streep
It is believed that, no matter what role does she accept to have, she will however end up nominated for Oscar. It is undoubtedly one of the all time most talented actress with such an impressive career. You are not likely to find a bad word about her in the media because she is admired and respected from all the colleagues, as well as all the people around the world.
2. Elena Degeneres
Degeneres is the only lady that could compete with her male colleagues when the talk-shows are in question. So far she’s won as much as 13 EMI awards. She has helped a great number of people with her shows and it is very famous for her fight for the gay people’s rights. Degeneres was one of the few famous people who in 1997 declared her sexual orientation in public.
3. J. K. Rowling
She’s one of the women who had no money to pay the bills who, eventually, turned into one of the most powerful figures in the world. Rowling is the lady that made the Harry Potter edition and changed many kid’s lives. Harry Potter edition was sold in over 400 million copies worldwide. So far, this famous writer has donated over 160 million dollars in charities.
4. Ordi Hepbern
Hepbern is a real movie star! Not only movie star but a fashion star as well. The fame, however, did not changed her character. She spent a great time of her life in charities and the last few years of her life she was working with UNICEF.
5. Lady Diana
Diana, as a real lady, was looking after the helpless people, willing to help them. She won a lots of people’s hearts with her kindness and great soul. Her death in 1997 was a real shock as the world lost a beautiful soul and a brave heart!
6. Angelina Jolie
Angelina made a great U-tern in her life. From being a wild woman who was most likely to be found on the newspaper’s covers daily, turned into a careful mother and a charity lady. Her focus is on the refugees and how to help them. She, as well as her ex husband Brad Pitt have spent a great fortune on charities.
7. Michelle Obama
Michelle Obama has many differences from the other president’s wives. Before her husband was named president, Michelle was known as a good lawyer and was active in different projects. Later she became very famous for her campaign against children’s overweight and the improvement of the educational system.

Personally, I’m not inspired by any woman on this list.
However, my own mother raised six of us by herself, working sometimes three jobs at one time and, I learned after her death that, in her prime, she was one hell of a pool player and any man who would try touching her when she bent over to make a shot, would get the worst whipping he ever saw.
The average housewife inspires me more than anyone on this list.
You are absolutely right! An unknown person can give you the best lesson about the life! It does not have to be a famous person. However, what I like best is that every one of you thinks about his mother first, which is something I am glad! There’s not a person like the mother!
I’ve been inspired by many different women at different moments of my life so far. I used to be naive enough to compare. The uniqueness of each source of inspiration has it’s own special merit that added value to my growth, and still is.

I was thinking more along the lines of Hildegard von Bingen, born in 1098 AD, who was also known as Sybil of the Rhine. She composed amazing music, wrote plays, founded monasteries, and among her many other accomplishments she has had a planet and a plant genus named after her.
That’s something interesting and useful I never heard before! Actually the list of such women is quite long when I think about it and I am glad that good people still exist! This gives hole to humanity!
The good thing about some of the women one the list is that they are not only famous but charitable as well!!
That’s the point! Because, according to me, all the celebrities could do it, however, the majority decide to spend their money even on drugs and bad things which bring them closer to death. That’s why appreciate those ladies a lot!

I thought later about Oprah after publishing it, however I would not skip Obama from the list. Well, that’s your opinion and we all have different perspectives. I like to hear from everyone though
That’s right! I’m talking about some celebrities, otherwise I would have named my mum, sister, grandma, best friend and stuff. However, I’m glad you all see good examples in your families! This speaks volumes about respect and appreciation as well 🙂
