Waqrapukara or Wakra Pukara

Waqrapukara or Wakra Pukara is the old town and the archaeological site not far from Cuzco above the Apurimac River Canyon in the Peruvian Andes. It was built by the tribe Kuanči. Later it was conquered by the Incas. No one knows the exact purpose of the city in the form of horns.
