Venice is located on the northern coast of the Adriatic the sea. City cuts 150 channels through which built many small bridges. Traffic carried ships, boats and gondolas. The largest channel is the Grand Canal (Canal Grande) that passes through the middle of town, but therein lies the Ponte Rialto bridge, which is the most important coupling two major parts of the city. In the center of the city is St. Mark’s Square with the old church of St. Mark and the magnificent Doge’s palace. Venice is 3,600 meters long bridge connected to the mainland, where they developed a vast suburbs Mestre and Marghera. Venice is visited by millions of tourists annually. It is held every year the film festival, and is also known for its glass, lace, objects of gold, silver and leather.
