Two Entries for the Color Crazy Challenge Week 1 (Red-Orange)

Here are my entries in Color Crazy Challenge Week 1.

#1

Korean Air Boeing 747 (2011-04-23 12-05-54a)

To be honest I haven't decided if I like this one or not. I'm curious what you think.

This is a composite of two photos taken using a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera. The photo of the airplane, a Korean Air Boeing 747, was taken as it flew over the Mannhein Metra Station, Front St  & Lincoln St, Franklin Park, Illinois, Cook County, near O'Hare Airport. The background is white curtains lit by sunlight coming through Venetian blinds. It was tinted orange using Luminar 2018.

I used Affinity Photo to replace the sky in the airplane photo with the curtains photo. I also cropped the image, reduced the brightness and luminosity and boosted the contrast and saturation.

Potted Begonia Plant (2014-05-30 10-04-27b)

The photo was taken in a garden in Chicago, Illinois.I used a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera to take the photo. Then I used Luminar 2018 to apply the following filters: Accent and Polarizing, increased the vibrance, lowered the smart tone and opened the shadows a bit.
