I think I found my epitaph! My family is all about getting things done and prepared. I hadn’t heard this song until this morning and I think I found my epitaph. “I got that old country soul.” Yes, I listen to all types of music, and my soul still belongs in the country. No city life for me. (It’s a nice place to visit.)
When my brother’s wife passed away we took her ashes to hunting camp and put a headstone there. (It is in Hell’s Canyon and on Native land.) When my brother dies we will do the same. When I die someone will do the same for me.
It’s not set in stone yet. I have not made that call, but it could happen today. I am feeling pretty good about it.
