Sometimes I require a little pick me up. I have tried to get away from “pick me ups” that are not healthy. Music often fits the bill for me. Here is how it works for me. I find something that has an beat and I turn it up, move the chair and I dance and sing. The average song is 3:00 to 5:00 minutes long. You might be surprised how a little moving, breathing deep and dancing like no one is watching can reduce stress, get you back on track and make you smile.
