Goals for August 21st !
~Go to physical therapy
~ Be kind, no matter what
~ Remember how hard it is to learn new skills
~ Never leave a room in the house without picking up something or dusting
~ Make certain my work schedule is set
~ Put notes on pillows
~ Write a gratitude list before bedtime with at least 5 items
Goals for August 22st
~ Work with a great attitude
~ Practice patience
~ Arm exercises (suggested by physical therapist)
~ Do three chores I don’t enjoy and get them over with
~ Play a game that makes me smile
~ Learn more about Red Flag Laws
Goals for August 23rd
~ Do something to make a stranger happy
~ Do something to make my Bro happy
~ Do something to me happy
I am trying, based on your guidance, to start making a start of the day list! Can I say more than you have influenced me to change?
It demand dedication and with out dedication nothing is possible
These are all worthy goals.
