Ruski Krstur is a village in the municipality of Kula. Located on the road Kula – Odzaci. This village is considered the capital of Rusina in Serbia and the world. Rusyns are a nation that comes from space Zakarpatje (Ukraine) and it is estimated that their total population is about 1.6 million (there are about 14,500 Russians, mostly in Vojvodina. Ruthenians were mostly Greek Catholic religion and the Ruthenian language that belongs to the East Slavic group language, the Cyrillic alphabet. Russian Krstur is located at an altitude of 84 meters and has a population of approximately 4,500. the most numerous are Rusini and constitute 86% of the population and then follow with 5% Serb.
