Ropot

Ropot, the Greek ghost town that keeps tone sad fate of a small village in central Greece, which is due to landslides in 2012 had to leave as many as 300 families, which has since constantly sinking into oblivion. The village, once full of colorful characters, is now almost empty and eerily quite as many left their homes. Most of the houses and other buildings collapsed while others are still kept alive. The whole area is still sinking. More than 300 families had to move out because of the movement of the ground, and what’s most disappointing is the lack of any response from authorities. Not only was it not at all address the rehabilitation of the field but did not offer any help or any compensation.
