Ripening ~ 365 Photos Challenge #5

Mountaineering is half the health. This is the mountain Prenj at the transition from the mediterranean to the continental climate scope. More precisely, this is mature plant on that mountain. The summers are short and tattered. A plant, and probably an animal, has very little time to get “pregnant” and get offspring. It is ideal time for the mature wind seed to take off to the adjacent hill. And everything is the same from year to year, from century to century. It’s all the same. Life is one wheel of life. Only able to survive. The Germans called this mountain the “Little Alps”. Almost with the naked eye you can see the Adriatic Sea in the south. And at the same time and forever the snow on the very tops of the mountain. Clash of two climatic areas, the wind crash and the detritus and stone around. In search of healing herbs, they meet with the snakes. Do not tease the hell. The hospital is miles away. Living in peace with neighbors on this planet and be kind is the greatest wisdom.

Here is all about 365 Photos Challenge and I am on Day 5.

    • When Austro-Hungarian invaded Bosnia in 1878, Austrian soldiers called the mountain “The Alps” as they reminded them of their Austrian Alps.
