I was tempted to put this in the Purple Challenge, but I already pushed the boundary. Jimi Hendrix was born November 27, 1942 – September 18, 1970. He was an American rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter . His active career really only lasted about four years and his influence on music will last forever. If you were to research top guitarist you, you would be hard pressed to find a list that didn’t have Jimi Hendrix listed.
I wonder, without the help of the internet could you name three Jimi Hendrix songs?

Well never heard this singer before
Jimmy Hendrix was a very talented musician. I enjoy listening to his music.
My favorite Hendrix song was his rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner – i love hearing that one! Seattle has a wonderful Jimmy Hendrix museum right by the space needle!
