Do I have the power to change my day? I am not sure, but music can often move my thoughts in a different direction. I actually got up and danced as the video suggested. My family was all laughing and that is a great thing. (Apparently dancing is not one of my talents.)

So perhaps what you may expect from me is silence or music. Or I might go run and hide from all the stress. (Trying to help seemed to bring more anger.)

Hey Doc! I could use a really interesting wander that could get me on track and shoot me in a different direction. Have you got one?
