I was about to post some complaints about things happening in my home. I had gone so far as to write it all out because, well I guess I felt picked on. I am tired because I as up early and things were just not going as I had envisioned. And then this little commercial came on.
Wow! It was just the wake up call I needed to take a step back, tear up my rant and share this. Please remind me when I get impatient here about this post. Send me the link and remind me who I want to be instead of who I shouldn’t be.
Life is so short and can be gone in heart beat and I was angry because I was tired. I have so much to learn. I am counting on all of you to remind me!
I really would love to know if you watched and liked the commercial.
I saw this commercial quite often and I must admit I liked it. Thank you for sharing such good content.
That’s a great commercial. That man could have yelled at that child; but he showed patience…a LOT of patience.
Funny thing, I saw this commercial just last night and thought, wow my favorite and I have not seen in in like forever. This is the best!
I found in on you tube. I fell in love with it.
The reality of life is that we are each given a plate.
On that plate, reality heaps pain, frustration and love.
Our job is to make sure our plate doesn’t spill over unless it is with love!
Great analogy. Today I hope yours is heaped with love and over flowing!
Today is a wedding planning and purchasing day. My wallet is running around the house screaming as money is plucked from it!
Take lots of deep breaths Doc. 🙂
I tried. It is better today. Better to have money gone (well spent) than money wasted!
Well there is tow option , change your self or change others .
Really there is only one _ I cannot change anyone else.
I have watched the commercial. I mean that person felt exhausted not only physically but also mentally. But, he had to accept the situation by not responding angrily.
I think we should always remind each other when we become frustrated in life.
Love the background song, “Don’t worry” by Bob Marley.
Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. I really appreciate it.
If there is no one else to listen to you then talk to the wall (lol)
Very good idea Grace
Well Grace, since he has Alzheimer’s sometimes it is the same thing. Thanks for making me smile and look on the bright side.
I can relate, I am not myself when I am tired and am easily irritated.
I think there is a reason children nap and adults should probably do the same.
That is so true, its hard when things like that happen. Yes, we all get that sort of thing happen to us, but it is also good to know we have that in common…
It helps to know you are not alone. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts.
