March in protest against attack on Sikhs in Jalalabad of Afghanistan

In a protest against the suicide attack on Sikh leaders in the Jalalabad city of Afghanistan, today the protest march was carried out by the Sikh organizations up to the Afghan Embassy in the National Capital of India.

The siad march was started from the TEEN MURTI CHOWK But Delhi Police stopped the protestors by putting barricades outside Chanakyapuri police station. Before this, ‘Giani Gurbachan Singh’, a ‘Jathedar’ of ‘Sri Akal Takht Sahib’performed some holy practice for the spiritual peace of the deceased souls in Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib.

In this protest March, families of Sikhs who died in Afghanistan were also involved. During this time a moment came when Ambassador Shaida Abdali and other diplomats in Afghanistan also participated in the exhibition and met with the Sikhs and assured them of all kinds of support. Chairman of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee Manjit Singh GK, Shiromani Committee President Gobind Singh Longowal, Akali MP Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa and Prem Singh Chandumajra led the march. On this occasion the accompaniment were holding slogans and black flags in their hands. In addition, black bars were also made in arms.
