If this is done with sincerity you might feel a little sting. Sometimes we want to be something that we have not learned to become yet.  Try and keep this exercise black and white. This is easier to do privately than publicly.

We did it this way. We had simple lined paper. The statements were listed and we completed them in handwriting. It made us think a little deeper and be more realist about who we were.
