Macro Monday – It's the little things that often count

I am showing some flowers and small things I took photos of during my walks around Onehunga. Soon when I have more time I will be able to show you scenes of Buckland’s beach and the surrounding areas.

Often people overlook the little things, when in fact they make a huge impact of our lives. A small creature or small flower, fern or leaves or fruit that grow in the garden.

It is my belief although small in nature even a pot plant may make a small difference to our environment. Plants breathe out oxygen during the day and carbon dioxide during the day. Plants really can make a difference.

In my opinion if people have to build apartments, it should also include spaces for plants that clean the air and it gives some joy to those around the plants. Builds a cleaner greener world.

Macro to me is seeing a huge world of detail in a small object.

It is a small world after all….
