There’s no doubt that I love words and some of them I use more often than others. This a word that Mom often used “contraption”. I believe that if she couldn’t remember or come up with a word quickly she identified it as a contraption. Today I found something that I really felt was worthy of being deemed a contraption.
I don’t ever remember seeing the game mousetrap, which is kind of a surprize because my Mom had a whole closet of games for us. Now I have to wonder if you can still purchase it. I might just want to put that contraption together and try it.

I loved the opening to the now gone show Elementary (a version of Sherlock Holmes) because they had a Rube Goldberg contraption that ultimately catches a plastic mouse.
