Hello everyone yes the title says it all its been a hech of a week. Excel had to come out 2 times and the 2nd time they showed me what was wrong and why i had half power just was like its there and its not us its who ever owns the electric box. Next day had guy that deals with the box came out and seemed like he knew what he was doing more then excel did he was more heres whats wrong and showing me this is whats wrong and excel just said this is wrong not on us and the other guy was like yeah its kinda on both. So im pretty much waiting to get my heater back on because they wanna know whos responible for what im like just who cares just get it done. Im still with no heater and other things.
