It Made Me Very Angry!

My nephew is very religious and active in his church. He has three beautiful children and a wife who has severe asthma. One of his neighbors, a woman who lives alone, was moving. She asked for church members to come and help her pack and clean so she could get moved. Of course, he answered the call. He spent two days, cleaning and packing with several other members.

When all was said and done she let everyone know that she had been tested for the virus and was positive. She boldly told them she didn’t tell them before because she thought no one would help. Now, my nephew wore a mask and gloves, but he couldn’t be sure that he was not carrying this home to his family. So he quarantined and will be tested after the appropriate time. She didn’t tell them until they had all gone home to their families.

I can’t get the anger out of my heart for that woman. If there were some legal recourse available I wish she would be held responsible. The waiting is hard. Somehow I know I have to let go of the anger, it does no good. Yet, every day I feel it.

Does this owl look angry to you?
