I love this quote. It is hard to read, and the author is Stephan Richards. I don’t know why I try to encourage people to understand when they are not ready for it. I guess one of the benefits of putting it in writing is that they may stumble across it in a year or so and then the time will be right.
I feel blessed to know that words matter. I may not be around to reap all the benefits or problems, and still they will matter.
I try very hard to listen to both sides and find value in each. My Mom was fantastic with that. My Dad was my way of the highway. That is probably why he lives far away and alone. I think he prefers it.
I do hope I recognize times to open my mind and heart when they are available. It is something I should look for.
That’s a great quote and a great sentiment.
I am glad you like it. It was just what I needed that day.
There is value in an open mind. I love this quote! It is the beauty of being a writer to share the love of words!
I remember insisting that someday I was going to write the dictionary. Mom reminded me I said it and tried it when I was six. She teased me about it all the time. Those were good times.
When I was first a teacher I got frustrated with all the teachers that were tenured and tired.
My dad said fix it.
I actually started an international teaching society with more than 14,000 members at one point.
My dad was shocked.
Well some time even not opening on right time
That is an excellent point that you make.
I agree with you about our mind not being ready all the time. It goes blank many a time.
When my mind goes completely blank I often choose to take a nap!
