The mannequin was in front of Green Elements Resale at 6241 North Broadway Avenue, Chicago, Illinois (Edgewater). I won’t speculate on why the watering can is in that particular location.
Do you like the color version or the monochrome version better?

The photo was taken with a Nikon Coolpix camera. I used Luminar 2018 to do the editing. First I cropped the image slightly. Then I used the RAW Develop filter to adjust the white balance and raise the highlights, shadows and clarity. Next I added the Accent-AI filter and used the Saturation/Vibrance filter to raise the saturation.

Processed exactly the same as the color version except I added Luminar's B&W Conversion filter in a separate layer and fine-tuned it with the provided options.
I like the black and white version since it makes me think what it would look like in color.
Now that you mention it, the monochrome version did make me curious about the color one even though I had just edited it. Weird.
That is true since when I see an image in color like in You Tube, I always wonder what the image of the subject would look like if it were in black and white and vice versa.
I like this one better as well! What an odd display. Its cool though, it looks old.
This one is the best in my opinion.
