I am trying to learn how to edit my photos

I am trying to learn editing after watching Carol DM’s post today. I know it will take me a long time to learn so it’s just the beginning.

It's the same photo but I have darkened it a bit!

Then I tried a different shade, although I am not satisfied with it but you know I am a beginner in this work.

Finally I made it little lighter. I hope I shall be able to do a better job next time.

LOL. You’re trying to learn how to edit your photos? I’m still trying to learn how to take a decent photograph. The camera doesn’t like me! (O.o) My husband takes great photos! Mine come out … ??? … smeh!

You did great. There are tons of photo editing programs out there. Many are free. Let me know if you are interested in more.

Rex Trulove posted a wonderful post on how to edit, and the editing program to use when it comes to pictures if that helps.
