They are called dragons gate, and by the Chinese principle of feng shui, these holes allow dragons to fly daily from the mountains into the water, allowing the positive flow of energy through the building. . It is believed that blocking the dragon’s times might bring bad luck.
I have been to Hongkong countless of times but I haven’t noticed that building.
